To fight infectious diseases, it is essential to keep your immune system healthy. To do this, it is important to eat a balanced, nutrient-rich diet and avoid processed foods. Eating a healthy diet can strengthen your immune system and help you avoid becoming overweight.

If we get good quality sleep, we can keep our immune system healthy. When we sleep, our body produces proteins that are very effective in fighting inflammation and infections.

We need to think not only about keeping ourselves clean, but also about keeping our homes clean. Clean our homes regularly, as they can also harbour pathogens that can actively contribute to a weakened immune system and illness.

Although we are a family, it is very important that we do not use each other’s things under any circumstances. Whether it’s a shaving kit or a towel, but it’s also not good to drink from the same glass after each other, as this can introduce pathogens that can cause illness.

There are also a lot of bacteria in the kitchen. When we cook, it is very important to wash our hands thoroughly after preparing the food. It is important to store cooked and raw food separately and not to share cutting boards for vegetables, meat dishes and fish.

Mushrooms are a rich source of selenium, riboflavin, niacin and B vitamins. The more significant the deficiency of selenium in our body, the greater the chance of developing severe flu. Riboflavin and niacin are actively involved in strengthening the immune system.

Watermelon is also very rich in antioxidants, which are effective in fighting infections and diseases that attack the body.

Wheat germ contains high levels of B vitamins, antioxidants and zinc. These all help to maintain a healthy immune system.
