Lowering blood sugar with basil, green tea and Indian gooseberry

Diabetes develops when blood sugar levels remain high for a long time. This is when the body lacks the hormone insulin. One of the most effective herbs for lowering blood sugar is mango leaf. Mangoes are not native to our country, so get mango tea, which is very good at regulating blood sugar levels.

It is also rich in antioxidant polyphenols, which are actively involved in regulating blood sugar levels.

Indian gooseberries contain high levels of vitamin C, which also has excellent antioxidant effects and supports the proper functioning of the pancreas. It is now available in powder form in health food shops. You just have to dissolve a little in water and consume it this way.
