In today’s hectic life, we often find that it hurts here and there. The majority of people often complain of back pain, and one of the most common health problems in the middle-aged and elderly population is associated with back pain. The good news is that there are ways to treat it at home, and here are some of them.

You can make oils and ointments at home that can be very effective in treating back pain. Apply a ginger paste to the affected area and then perform a eucalyptus oil back massage. Ginger contains an anti-inflammatory compound that provides immediate relief if you are suffering from back pain.

Massaging the affected area with warm vegetable oil can also help to relieve back pain. You can also use a mixture of oils, such as sesame, mustard, almond, eucalyptus and coconut.

Mustard oil alone can also relieve pain. After an hour of mustard oil treatment, shower thoroughly. Turmeric paste can also help a lot in relieving the pain. For this, mix two tablespoons of turmeric, two tablespoons of milk and a tablespoon of honey. Make a paste and apply it to the painful area.

Aloe vera is also beneficial for treating back pain. Its pleasantly cooling effect reduces pain almost immediately. But anti-inflammatory, antioxidant-rich foods and drinks are also very beneficial for your health and can effectively treat back pain. A mixture of ginger and green tea is one of the best, as they have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Cherry juice is also full of antioxidants, vitamin C and anti-inflammatory compounds. Tart cherry juice relieves muscle and joint pain and backache.

You can also make a basil syrup to relieve back pain. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in a cup of water, then cool it to room temperature and add a pinch of salt. The syrup can effectively relieve back pain if consumed once or twice a day.

Turmeric reduces inflammation, has antioxidant properties and is very effective when we are plagued with joint pain. Before going to bed, drink a glass of milk with half a teaspoon of turmeric powder mixed in. Make sure you drink it at night so that it can work its anti-inflammatory effect at night, so that you can have a more productive and pleasant day the next day.
