Panax ginseng

Also known as Asian ginseng, it improves memory, concentration and has mood-boosting effects. It also helps relieve anxiety, and is one of the most sought-after herbs in the world for a reason. The Greek word for ‘panax’ means ‘all healer’. It is rich in antioxidants and stimulates energy production.

A favourite herb in Ayurveda, it is an adaptogen, i.e. it helps the body to adapt to stress. Increases serotonin levels in the brain , and is a powerful memory stimulant and helps reduce reaction time. It is also popular in treating fatigue, improving mood, stimulating, reducing headaches, irritability and mental fatigue.

Ginko biloba

Used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for thousands of years, it is highly effective in stimulating cognitive function and reducing anxiety. It stimulates blood flow to the brain, naturally increases dopamine levels, enhances alertness and helps concentration. It is also a powerful antioxidant and research has shown that it helps reduce the risk of developing dementia and chronic brain diseases.
