Rosemary

Rosemary can be used as a spice or made into a tea. To do this, boil 3-4 teaspoons of leaves in 2.5 dl of water, leave to stand for 15-20 minutes and then strain. It can be eaten on its own or flavoured with honey. In addition to eating it, you can rub its essential oil into your skin and hair, so that its fragrance can help you throughout the day. Basil can be used in the same way as rosemary.
Sage

Boil 1 teaspoon of finely chopped sage in 1 dl of water. as sage has a strong sudorific effect, it is best taken cold. It is a good remedy for colds and sore throats, as well as for forgetfulness. For healing, we use mainly medicinal sage.
